Food was good and hot, and the staff did listen when I complained. I appreciated the plates and cutlery, and the internet connection was decent during my stay. Plus, the common area was clean, and I could stay while waiting for my flight in the evening.
On Friday evenings, there was loud live music till 10:30 pm, and the sound insulation was poor. It was a terrible experience because I was very tired and couldn't enjoy it at all. Also, room service was bad as the food was brought quite cold, and the plastic cutlery was of poor quality. I couldn't wait to leave, frankly speaking.

Over the Easter holiday, I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the tasty food offered. the location was also convenient since it was close to tourist attractions. the staff was helpful in assisting with any queries I had.
The room service was incredibly disappointing. My meals were brought to me cold, even after requesting them to be hot.

the bathroom was clean, and the internet connection was quite reliable during our stay. the location was also convenient for us. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the view outside was pleasant from our room.
The room service was below average. the food was often cold and lacked presentation.
